The very first blooms have opened on the young acacia tree. Little puffballs of white and yellow are lightly fragrant, not very showy, but delightful to have around!
Hope so, Kris - although the acacia branches are surprisingly awkward to combine in a vase. Despite its weeping habit, it has a very emphatic branching pattern!
I don't know yet ;-) This is really the first bloom I've seen on this young tree, and I'm not familiar with the species otherwise. I'll have to wait and find out!
It looks sweet. Will we see these in a vase one day?
