  2. Glorious roses! I'm amazing they tolerate your heat. Some of my roses are going from open to crispy in no time flat this week. It was 88.5F here this afternoon.

    1. That's frustrating! There have been some crispy casualties in the Rose Border here, though I blame the recent high winds more than anything. These two bushes get much better wind and sun protection. I begin to think roses should be considered part-shade plants in the southwest!
